why does europe always have a leg up on us?

for some reason, meghan's been receiving "vision monday," an apparent optical magazine, in OUR mail for the last month or so. we have no idea how this is happening. meghan doesn't even KNOW our address let alone filling out forms with her name and our address on them. odd.

anyway, in the latest issue of vision monday, here's what the copy says:

and here's what i think, "why in the world are they talking about poland and what makes their lenses so much better than ours?"

...and then i realized that sometimes i'm more blonde than i care to admit...

p.s. meghan, you're magazine's here

Maybe it's just that you're so cultured the first thing that came to your mind was foreign lands.

Haha. Gotta love those blonde moments.

i like your reasoning debbie...that's got to be it! in my defense, "polish" is capitalized. granted it's the beginning of a sentence, but still...

Thats too funny! I do know what you mean about the blonde moments. Spencer gives me one "free" blonde moment a day. After that he's allowed to make fun. :)

i did something very similar the other day. i was in the elevator at work, and i saw the word "capacity". i stared at it thinking "capa. city." what are they talking about? then i realized it was 1 word - capacity. we have a local restaurant called Cap City Diner, so i'm *hoping* i was just getting confused by that and not losing my mind.
